ABOUT THE COLOMBUS GROUP
The Colombus Group is the result of an encounter between real estate professionals and recognized entrepreneurs in finance, management and private equity.
OUR APPROCH
The COLOMBUS GROUP is a professional investment fund. It aims at acquiring office buildings, housing buildings and commercial premises.
These real estate assets are selected according to their rental and real estate situation. They all involve implementing commercial or legal actions, and carrying out upgrades (from light renovation to heavy restructuring).
After repositioning, the Colombus Group gets renovated buildings and revalued rents in order to resell them in the best conditions.
THE FOUNDERS OF THE COLOMBUS GROUP
The Colombus Group results from the encounter between two real estate professionals whose experience and expertise have been recognized for several years:
Jérémie Ifrah and Thierry Leclerc share the same vision of their profession and complementary skills. They are both able to acquire and manage real estate, and to optimize their financing and their legal and fiscal structuring.

THE ANCHOR INVESTORS
As entrepreneurs and investors in financial savings and private equity, Joseph Chatel and Alexandre Mars, represented by Sébastien Guillon, each brings strong experience and expertise to develop the Colombus Group. They have been the Group’s anchor investors in many of its operations.
Compagnie Colombus is also the general manager of the SLP COLOMBUS REIM, which elected Acer Finance as management company.

THE ASSET AND PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT TEAMS
The Asset and Property Management teams include 15 employees with extensive operational experience and knowledge that is fundamental to managing the assets acquired by the fund.
These teams integratethe entire real estate value chain, from acquisition to rental and technical management of the buildings.
