The Colombus Group is the result of the encounter between two real estate professionals and two finance and private equity professionals who have combined their recognized experience and expertise for many years.

THIERRY LECLERC

Former Development Director of Groupe Olympe, for which he and the Lehman Brothers were in charge of investments, rehabilitation and property development (over 40,000 m² of office space and 18,000 m² of housing).

He then became Managing Director Real Estate, within SPPICAV Amundi, Novation Lupa, and was responsible for investment advice (140,000 m² of office space, including the Mercuriales Towers, in cooperation with General Electric) and asset management (12 Parisian buildings with a total surface area of 30,000 m²).

Thierry is a graduate of the National Gendarmerie Officers School. He has been working in real estate investment and asset management for over 30 years.

Jérémie is a former Deputy Director of Acquisitions at General Electric Real Estate, for which he was involved in sourcing and negotiating a large number of transactions in France, Belgium and Germany, for an amount of approximately €2 billion.
He founded Tulipe Capital, an investment advisory firm, and Debron Capital, a real estate asset management group, where he managed more than €500 million of investments in commercial and healthcare real estate.

Jérémie graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a degree in Finance and has a thorough understanding of corporate finance and real estate markets.

of JOSEPH CHATEL

In 1982, Joseph started his career at Fidal before managing two family-owned trading companies.  In 1998, he became a Partner and Director of Development at Richelieu Finance.

In 2000, he co-founded the DNCA Finance Group, which became the second biggest independent French asset management company and had one of the greatest French success stories in the asset management sector. The group was later sold to Natixis Global Asset Management.

 

Thanks to his undying entrepreneurial spirit, Joseph Chatel is now able to combine speed and a long-term vision to stay ahead of tomorrow’s trends.

With a strong track record in Venture Capital (Spotify, Pinterest, etc.) reflecting its entrepreneurial nature, Mission M founded its own private equity management company Blisce; it promotes a dynamic approach to philanthropy through its foundation called Epic.
Mission M is a French multi-family office with an entrepreneurial DNA and a strong focus on philanthropy.

 

Sébastien Guillin, the General Manager of Mission M, contributes his experience in fund management and his background as an investor in commercial real estate that he developed in family offices and in listed real estate.
