The COLOMBUS Group continues its acquisitions and acquires 1,200 m² of offices in Levallois Perret from a user
The COLOMBUS Group confirms its value creation strategy by acquiring, on November 4, 2020, 1,200 m² of vacant offices and 30 car parks located at 55, rue Raspail in Levallois Perret.
In association with BANQUE POPULAIRE VAL DE FRANCE IMMO on this operation and financed by MY PARTNER BANK (Cerberus), Colombus continues to carry out “Value Add” operations in Paris and Ile de France: buildings to be restructured or rental flows to be optimized.
The “young” real estate fund has great ambitions with a target of 500 million euros in investments over the next 3 years.
The Colombus Group was advised by the notarial office Strock et Associés.
The Seller was advised by Arthur Lloyd and the law firm Les Notaires du Quai Voltaire.
